Vintage Park at Osage City is located in a quiet neighborhood just 30 minutes south of Topeka, the State Capital in a small town of approximately 3500 in population. Our community is proud that we can offer our current and prospective residents a Diabetes Management Program meaning we can help you manage your insulin care through nutritional education, skin care, exercise, vision care, and hygiene techniques.
